Wansheng to Break Ground on Phase II Expansion: +80,000 Tons DOTP Capacity by October 2027
Jining Wansheng Environmental Materials, a subsidiary of Shandong Changxing Plastic Additives, will launch its Phase II expansion project in October 2027. The new 80,000-ton DOTP production line will lift the plant's total annual capacity from 150,000 to 230,000 tons, giving global PVC manufacturers more supply headroom.
