Report 1: REACH �?The EU Market Entry Ticket

The EU REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is non-negotiable for any product entering the European market. For PVC flooring manufacturers, REACH compliance of the plasticizer is the first document European buyers will request. The EN 71-3:2019+A2:2024 test evaluates the migration of 19 soluble elements from Category III materials (scraped-off toy materials).
