Chinese PVC Film & Artificial Leather Makers Audit Our Wansheng DOTP Plant

On Wednesday, 2 September 2026, a group of DOTP and DCP buyers completed a hands-on factory audit at the Wansheng plant. They were Chinese manufacturers of PVC film and artificial (synthetic) leather from Sichuan, Zhejiang and Guangdong, the downstream industries that consume our plasticizers. Wansheng is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and built by Shandong Changxing Plastic Additives. They came to walk the DOTP production line, look over the storage and loading infrastructure, meet the team behind it and talk about the next stage of cooperation.

Before anyone stepped toward the process area, our team and the visiting representatives put on hard hats. Storage and Loading: How a Buyer Verifies Capacity and Shipping

The finished-product storage tanks and the loading and unloading yard answer a buyer's two questions better than any brochure: can you make enough, and can you ship it reliably. Our team walked the visitors through both. Rows of product tanks and the distillation column behind them showed the scale of the 150,000-ton-per-year line, while the loading area demonstrated how finished plasticizer moves out to flexitank, IBC and drum consignments.
